Stipend	PGY1 $48,400 PGY2 $49,400 PGY3 $50,400
Vacation	3 weeks per year
Educational Conference	One week per year plus CME credits of PGY1 $400 PGY2 $1,200 PGY3 $1,200 CME funds may be used for conferences, books, software and hardware
Sick Leave	10 days per year.
Insurance	Provided by the Medical College of Wisconsin Health Insurance/Prescription Drug Plan Dental Insurance 403(b) Program Worker's Compensation Long Term Disability Life and Accidental Death Professional Liability (fully covered)
Debt Reduction	Columbia St. Mary's will match up to $1,200 each year of residency.
Professional and Lifestyle Fees	$1,250 per academic year for medical license, DEA, exam fees and health club fees
Relocation Expenses	$1,300 reimbursement with appropriate documentation for moves greater than 50 miles

Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO), and Neonatal Resuscitation Courses funded in full.
